The Certify Help Desk deals with technical issues related to certify.SBA.gov. You can apply for and manage your 8(a)Business Development Program and All Small Mentor-Protégé Program certification online from your dashboard within certify.SBA.gov.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your Certify account, please visit Certify Knowledge Base for assistance. If an answer or solution cannot be found within the knowledge base, please reach out to the Certify Help Desk team by submitting a ticket at the Certify Help Desk Portal.
The Help Desk is open from 9 AM -5 PM on weekdays. The Help Desk is not open during nights, weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
