Firms’ ability to Withdraw an Application in Submitted Status

1. Once you log in to Certify, on your dashboard you will see the ‘Application packages’ table where it will show your Initial Application has been submitted. Click the three dots under the ‘Actions’ tab and you will see the option ‘Withdraw my application’.

Note: You will be asked to confirm your decision.

2. Once you click on the button to withdraw your application, the status will be changed to state ‘Withdrawn By Firm’.

3. Once the application has been successfully withdrawn, the assigned BOS will receive a notification notifying them of the update.
