|
3 |
| The MySBA Certifications Login Page displays after a user selects Login on the MySBA Certifications Home Page. From here the user can either sign into an existing account or select Register Account. |
4 |
| The Post-Login Landing Page displays for any user once their account has been created. The page offers an entry point for the Qualifying Owner to begin claiming a business, and also includes an entry point for Delegates and Contributors to access the correct application/questionnaire via an Invitation Code.
For more information about Invitation Codes, please navigate to the Invitation Codes section of the User Guide. |

| The Individual Questionnaires page displays questionnaire cards for various sections of the application, and the specific cards shown onscreen are trimmed according to those which a given user must complete.
By selecting each questionnaire card, the user will be directed to a dedicated space within the platform where they can provide relevant inputs. |
9 |
| Modal windows are a general prompting mechanism used by MySBA Certifications throughout the application process. Modal windows appear atop certain pages of the application in a familiar pop-up fashion. When completing inputs for a modal window, the background interface is temporarily grayed out and rendered non-responsive until the modal window item is completed. |
