Header - The Header is a persistent section across all screens and dashboards. This section contains (from left to right): Home - Commonly used to navigate back to the Home Page Messages - Navigates user to the messages portal Documents - A repository of previously uploaded documents Saved - Any saved applications Support - Quick links to contact MySBA Certifications Support or access the Knowledge Base Profile - Navigates to the Users Profile to edit or view
Notification Preview - The notification preview pane shows all relevant notifications from applicant businesses that are connected to the Controlling Entity. Users can click Open to navigate to the Firm Notifications section. Connection Requests Preview - The connection requests preview section shows all pending connection requests from applicant businesses. Users can click Open to navigate to the Connection Requests section. Subsidiaries Preview - The subsidiaries preview shows a high-level overview of all holding companies and applicant businesses aligned to a user’s Controlling Entity Matrix. Users can click Open to navigate to the Subsidiaries section. Contributors Preview - The contributors preview shows a high-level overview of all Controlling Entity contributors. Users can click Open to navigate to the Contributors section. Footer - Like the Header, the Footer is a persistent section across all screens and dashboards. This section contains links to additional documentation, features, getting started guides, about us information, and links to contact the U.S. Small Business Administration.

3 | Â Â | The Firm Notifications Dashboard is a view-only dashboard of all MySBA Certifications notifications from connected applicant businesses. |
4 | Â Â | The Firm Notifications Dashboard has the following sections: Search and Filter - Users can search and filter notifications based on applicant business, date, notification type and more. Notification Type Filter - The icons represent quick filters that users can select to filter the notification types including messages, tasks, status updates, and reminders. Notifications Calendar - The notifications calendar shows a calendar-view of all notifications. Notifications List - The notifications list provides a list view of all relevant notifications. This list may be filtered based on your search and filter selections.

5 | Â Â | The Connection Requests dashboard shows pending and reviewed connection requests from applicant businesses. Users can approve or deny connection requests in this dashboard. |
