Section 3: Understanding the Firm Notifications Dashboard

The Firm Notifications Dashboard is a view-only dashboard of all MySBA Certifications notifications from connected applicant businesses.

The Firm Notifications Dashboard has the following sections:

1. Search and Filter - Users can search and filter notifications based on applicant business, date, notification type and more.

2. Notification Type Filter - The icons represent quick filters that users can select to filter the notification types including messages, tasks, status updates, and reminders.

3. Notifications Calendar - The notifications calendar shows a calendar-view of all notifications. Note that the calendar view will remain the same regardless of the sort parameters selected in the Sort Feature.

4. Notifications List - The notifications list provides a list view of all relevant notifications. This list may be filtered based on your search and filter selections.

The List View opens to show a more in-depth view of notifications once selected. Users can select the carrot icon to the right of each notification to view message details. Additionally, notifications in List View can be filtered using the Notification Type filters or the search feature in the top right.

The Sort Feature can quickly sort notifications by Date, Firm, and Tags.

Additionally, users can search for specific notifications by entering keywords and selecting the search icon.

The Advanced Search feature offers the ability to filter features based on one or more parameters.

Users may filter notifications by notification type, specific firm and date.

To complete an advanced search, enter all relevant parameters and select Search. To clear the advanced search, re-open the advanced search modal and select Clear.
