| Closing Processes are to be completed only by the Qualified Owner of the application. |
2 |    | First, the QO will review all information presented on the Review page to verify accuracy of the application content. When finished, they will select Next. The QO will then be advanced to the Sign page. After reading the attestation, they will select the checkbox to indicate their agreement with the statement (if appropriate), and then select Submit.​ |
3 |  | The "Are you sure?" pop-up box will appear.  The QO will select Submit to proceed in submitting the application, or Go Back to review prior contents of the application. |
4 |   | From the Business Dashboard where a record of the application submission displays, the QO can access an application withdrawal option (if desired) by selecting the three dots (laid vertically) on the right-hand side.​ |
5 |   | To withdraw the application, the QO would select Withdraw Application. Doing so will remove the application from MySBA Certifications and cease correspondence with SBA personnel.​ |
