Clear the Cache

This is an issue we sometimes see on the DSBS portal - it can usually be resolved by deleting your browser data (also known as “clearing the cache”)

 Here are some instructions you can follow depending on what browser you’re using:

After you clear your cache, close your browser completely, restart your browser and log in connect.sba.gov to access your profile.

Can you please try those steps and let us know if you’re still having access issues?

You need to submit your third party certification to WOSB.certify.gov in order for your SBA WOSB certification to display on your DSBS profile.
