Clear the Cache
This is an issue we sometimes see on the DSBS portal - it can usually be resolved by deleting your browser data (also known as “clearing the cache”)
Here are some instructions you can follow depending on what browser you’re using:

After you clear your cache, close your browser completely, restart your browser and log in connect.sba.gov to access your profile.
