SBA is aware that many firms utilize third party consultants and SBA Resource Partners (SCOREs, PTACs, SBDCs and District Offices) for assistance with their 8(a) application submission. Currently, there is no functionality in Certify for third party consultants or SBA Resource Partners to be granted access into the system. Such functionality is anticipated to be incorporated with future enhancements to the Certify system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause at this time.
