01 When will this be live?

02 What will happen to older tickets and data?

We will manage both service desks until all pre-existing tickets from the old service desk have been resolved. Beginning Monday, March 16, 2026, no new tickets may be submitted through the old service desk.

03 What is the link to navigate to the help desk?

04 Which platforms will be included?

All platforms will now use the new service desk. There will be one flow for SBA users and one for Business users.

This new service desk will account for Business users coming from MySBA, SBS, and Certify (MPP), and it will also account for SBA users coming from MySBA, Certify (MPP), or VetCert.
