User Guide: Business Information (Ownership and Control Application)
When you log in to your MySBA Certifications account, on your dashboard click the Manage Certifications button. A pop-up will appear with multiple options, click the Business Information to start your application.
This is where you will be asked to fill your Ownership and Control Application. You will start with the Ownership section.
Next, you will fill out the Control & Operations section.
On the Sign and Submit page: Read the privacy statements. Click Next to sign and submit your application.
You will then be directed back to your dashboard homepage where you can see your application submitted.
You are now able to start your renewal application. Refer to the guides below for the appropriate steps to complete your appropriate renewal application.
