User Guide: Voluntary Certification Withdrawal
When you log in to your MySBA Certifications account, go to your dashboard. Click the Manage Certifications button. A pop-up will appear with multiple options, click the Voluntary Certification Withdrawal option.
Next you will see the questionnaire cards to complete. Select the Program Selection to begin.
Select the program(s) which you are withdrawing from.
Select the reason(s) for withdrawing.
Next you will be required to upload documents depending on your reason for withdrawal. If no documents are required, continue next.
Finally, you will be at the Sign section where you will read the privacy statements, then click next to sign and submit.
Once the submission is complete, you will be routed back to your dashboard where you will see your Voluntary Certification Withdrawal request complete.
