7. How do I Check Messages in MySBA Certifications?

  1. Once you have successfully logged in to your MySBA Certifications account you will see a red dot by the notifications tab indicating you have notifications that need your attention.

  1. Once you click the Notifications tab you will see any and all notifications that need your attention.

  1. An example of a notification you will receive is for a Request for Information (RFI). You will see the notification in your notifications tab. When you click the RFI, you will be taken to your messaging center. You are able to reply to your RFI in the “Messaging Center”.
