4. Unable to Sign In to MySBA Certifications

This error message indicates that the user has provided incorrect information regarding their credentials. Either the email address or password was incorrect. This message is specifically vague as a security precaution to discourage bad actors from being able to discover credential information from repeated guesses.
Solution:
Return to the sign in screen (link is provided at the bottom of the password screen):
Email Screen
Verify that the user is entering an email address in the Email field
Verify that the email address is properly formatted (<something>@<domain>.<TLD> )
TLD is Top Level Domain, final domain level type. Usually .com, .net, .org but there are many others.
Verify that the user is entering the correct email address
Password Screen
Have the user verify that they entered the correct password
If these items are all verified to be correct, then it is possible that the users account has become locked out. The account will automatically unlock after 30 minutes, from the last access attempt. Accounts can be unlocked through the Okta admin console. Another reason that a user may receive this message, could be due to connectivity issues or the back-end services (CLS or AWS) may not be available.
