Go to MySBA Certifications homepage and click the blue ‘Sign Up / Login’ button in the top right corner. Then click the blue ‘Sign Up / Login’ button shown to login.

Next you will see the login page, enter your email and make sure you check the box stating you agree to the terms and conditions once you have reviewed them before clicking the 'Next' button.

On the next page (below the email and passphrase fields) click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Next, you will see a blue ‘Send me an email’ button, click it to send the verification email.

Once you click the button, this is what your screen will look like. You will have the option to enter the verification code or use the link sent to your email.

Below is an example of the email you will be getting from Okta. Enter the code on your sign-up page or just click the Reset Password option in the email.

If you click the reset Password button, you will be taken to the following screen where you will be prompted to create a new password.

If you want to copy the code from the email you will need to go back to your log-in page, enter the code you copied from your email and then click the blue, ‘Verify’ button.

Then you will be taken to the same page as if you had clicked the link in the email, shown below. Follow the requirements and create a new password and then click the blue, ‘Reset Password Button.’

Next you will be taken to the following page where you will enter your country of residence, read and agree to the terms and conditions of use, and click the blue, ‘Submit’ button.

Now you have successfully reset your password and will be taken to your dashboard!
