6. Unable to Reset MySBA Certifications Password?
Reset password is not allowed at this time. Please contact support for assistance.
This error message only appears on the Password Screen when attempting to use the “Forgot Password?” link. This error indicates that the information provided on the Sign in screen was incorrect or improperly formatted.
Solution:
Return to the sign in screen (link is provided at the bottom of the password screen):
Email Screen
Verify that the user is entering an email address in the Email field
Verify that the email address is properly formatted (<something>@<domain>.<TLD>)
TLD is Top Level Domain, final domain level type. Usually .com, .net, .org but there are many others.
Verify that the user is entering the correct email address
If the Email Screen items are all verified as correct, it is possible that the user does not have an Okta account and should register for one.
