2. How do I Login to MySBA Certifications without CLS Credentials?
Please note, you must first create an account in order to login. You CANNOT use existing login credentials from the following platforms: Certify, WOSB.Certify, and HUBZone Certification Tracking System (HCTS).
However, you CAN use existing login credentials from the following platforms: MySBA Loan Portal, Capital Access Financial System (CAFS) or Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Go to the MySBA Certifications homepage and click the blue Sign Up / Login button in the top right corner. Then click the second blue Sign Up / Login button shown to login.
Next you will see the login page, enter your email address.
Please review the terms and conditions and make sure you check the box stating you agree, before clicking Next.
Enter your password and then click the blue, Verify button.
Next, click Send me an email to begin the verification process.
Shown is an example of the email you will receive from Okta.
Please, take one of the following actions:
Click the blue, Sign In button.
Note: If you click this, you will successfully verify your email and be logged into the MySBA Certifications platform.
OR
On the MySBA sign-in page, click Enter a verification code instead.
Enter the verification code and click the blue, Verify button.
You have successfully completed logging into MySBA Certifications.
If you are a new user and DO NOT have a VetCert account, you will see the screen shown.
If you are a Contributor or Delegate, you can enter your Invitation Code via the blue, Enter Code button.
If you are the Primary Qualifying Owner, you can Claim Your Business via the blue, Begin button.
If you are an existing user, you will be directed to your dashboard (shown).
