If I submit Compensation Paid, could I be disqualified from the program?
If a firm pays someone to help fill out their 8(a) application, the firm owner needs to print and submit the "Compensation Paid" form. This form shows who was hired and how much was paid. This does not disqualify a firm from the program in any way.
The information is tracked by SBA to help make sure no one is taken advantage of as they go forward.
