Use the following guidelines when collecting your documents and preparing to upload your documents into Certify. These guidelines will ensure successful uploads.
- Each document must be saved individually as a PDF.
- Each document must be no larger than 25MB.
- Each document must be named with the naming convention: FileName_Year (e.g. TaxReturn_2015).
- Documents must not be password protected.
