Section 4: Accepting or Rejecting Connection Requests

The Connection Requests dashboard shows pending and reviewed connection requests from applicant businesses. Users can approve or deny connection requests in this dashboard.

In this view, there are no pending connection requests.

This alternative view of the Connection Requests dashboard shows pending requests for connections from applicant businesses. Users may use the arrow buttons on the left to scroll the list of pending requests.

Users may also click each connection request to view more information about the applicant business.

To accept a connection request, select Accept in the applicant business card/tile.

Once selected, a modal will appear to confirm the acceptance of the connection request. Select Accept again to confirm. Users can also select Cancel if they do not want to accept the connection request.

Once accepted, the applicant business will now appear in the Reviewed Requests section of the dashboard. Recent acceptance decisions will glow green to affirm the action.

Question: can a POC rescind their decision?

To reject a connection request, select Reject in the applicant business card/tile.

Once selected, a modal will appear to confirm the rejection of the connection request. Select Reject again to confirm. Users can also select Cancel if they do not want to reject the connection request.

Once rejected, the applicant business will now appear in the Reviewed Requests section of the dashboard. Recent rejection decisions will glow red to affirm the action.
